Shrimp
Lime juice
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion
Cilantro
Jalapeño pepper
Possibly avocado
A recipe similar to what’s shown:
Ingredients
500 g cooked shrimp, peeled
2 cucumbers, diced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, minced
1 avocado, diced
½ cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 6–8 limes
1 cup tomato juice or Clamato (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Add lime juice and tomato juice/Clamato if using.
Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Gently fold in the avocado just before serving.
Garnish with lime slices and additional jalapeño.
