Cheesecake Fudge
A creamy and decadent fudge layered with graham crackers for that classic cheesecake taste in every bite!
Ingredients:
- 9 graham cracker squares (more as needed to fit your pan)
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 (3.4-oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8″ or 9×9″ square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.
- Arrange graham cracker squares at the bottom of the pan to fully cover it, trimming crackers if needed to fit.
2. Melt the Base:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
3. Add Cheesecake Flavor:
- Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the cheesecake pudding mix and continue mixing until fully dissolved and incorporated.
4. Add Marshmallow Fluff:
- Turn off the heat and gently fold in the marshmallow Fluff. Stir until fully melted and combined into a creamy mixture.
5. Assemble the Fudge:
- Pour the melted fudge mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the surface.
6. Chill and Set:
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours, or until completely set and firm.
7. Slice and Serve:
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares or rectangles.
Tips:
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Optional Toppings: Garnish the top with crushed graham crackers or white chocolate drizzle before chilling for extra texture and flavor.
- Serving Size: This rich fudge is best served in small pieces.
