slow-cooker meatloaf mixture

Ingredients
1 kg (2 lb) ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, finely diced
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup ketchup
Glaze
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
Mix the glaze ingredients and spread half over the meatloaf.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours, or
High: 3–4 hours
During the last 30 minutes, spread the remaining glaze on top.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
